Description The person in this position will balance performance management, employee relations, manage org redesign/change, guide standard HR Processes, manage HR projects across the Engineering and Product organizations within Climate, LLC. They will manage or support Climate-wide initiatives as needed. What You Will Do:
Support the execution of the people strategies for the Engineering and Product organization. Manage, support and carry out organizational redesign/changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments) providing appropriate solutions form the HR perspective Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business with engagement of business leaders, and ability to translate the business requirements Interpret HR policies to address employee questions and issues, research issues and ensure cases are managed to resolution Develop manager/employee communications on HR related topics/processes/projects to be cascaded throughout Digital Farming Solutions. Coordinate, manage and/or deliver manager/employee trainings. Provide guidance and direction to supervisors and managers regarding personnel actions such as performance management, performance improvement plans, discipline (up to and including terminations), and other employment practices Lead or participate in specified projects and initiatives that support the talent agenda (I.e. New Hire Orientation, Off-boarding, Nomination Programs, Merit/STI/LTI; TPA/BBOY); Provide People Review support and run work streams that evolve this process. Provide Talent Acquisition support to HR Business Partners. Price employee offers as needed. Perform in-depth reporting and analytics, workforce planning, ad hoc reports and monthly reports as needed. Provide data that supports talent initiatives and decisions. Basic Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field with at least 5
years of relevant human resources experience Proficient knowledge of HR processes, programs, policies and systems Experience in balancing projects and corresponding change management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint Excellent verbal/written communications and ability to interact with employees at all levels within the organization and build strong relationships Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, change and comfortable with uncertainty while working independently with professional discretion Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in every aspect, including significant attention to detail and take on ownership Strong interpersonal, partnering, collaboration and influencing skills; ability to bring a variety of different viewpoints and to work towards a common approach with the right level of integration and guidance across multiple organizations and geographies What We Offer:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
