Project Manager - IT
Description Position Overview:

The Climate Corporation is looking for an experienced Corporate IT Project Manager who will lead complex, multidisciplinary Corporate IT projects using their hands on expertise. We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking a leadership position and is both business process and technically minded. This role will need to be a self-starter, and use a friendly, flexible approach in an environment that continues to grow their processes. What You Will Do:
Lead IT project execution across multiple internal IT teams, as well as cross functional engineering, product, and science teams Oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of project deliverables Define and document project scope and requirements Facilitate technical tradeoff decisions between IT and other internal stakeholders Discuss technical matters with business people and business matters with technical people and Subject Matter Experts (SME) in multiple disciplines Be comfortable operating with uncertainty, know how to create order from chaos Build credibility and buy-in from teams without authority Collaborate with Stakeholder to create solutions by diving deep into the technology and data Build and maintain detailed project plans and schedules for multiple projects Communicate project milestones, status, risks, issues, action items and decisions Basic
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree 6
years of industry experience in an Information Technology function 4
years in an IT project management role 2
years of business analysis experience Preferred
Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Experience implementing new IT systems, as well as improving upon existing systems Ability to evangelize and represent a technical community Familiarity with Information Technology standards, policies and management Six Sigma, ITIL, PMP certifications What We Offer:

$80K -- $100K
