Manager, Dialysis Operations We are seeking a Dialysis Operations Manager who has strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and can effectively communicate across multiple business lanes. The Operations Manager will become accountable for leading and managing dialysis related projects from concept to reality. This individual will learn how to gather key business requirements from various stakeholders, map out external and internal resource allocations in order to develop and drive the plan to completion in a timely manner. Essential Functions Oversee census growth, potential patient pipeline and identify outreach to local community for each assigned facility. Ensure Facilities are on track to close Month End Charges by set deadline. Supervise ending and beginning inventory, purchases, and ordering costs with each assigned facility. Be a resource to each Clinical Nurse Manager and their teams to coach, teach and educate as needed to help improve the care given at Strive Facilities. Confirm with Clinic Nurse Manager that strategic operating plans and targets are evaluated and completed. With each facility, proactively analyze and address gaps in staffing, patient admission, policies, procedures. Recognize issues and implement solutions. Manage financial and operations outcomes within the assigned facilities. Work with key staff at the facility level to ensure timely completion of End Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS) and National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN). Be the point of contact when trouble shooting is needed. Help each team understand, learn (how to) and correct issues in a timely manner, ensuring to not disrupt the quality of care given to the patients. Lead a team of Managers, collectively responsible that strives to be the change in the Dialysis Industry. Enterprise Operations Development Evaluate current process and polices to ensure meeting the Strive Standard Make recommendations and collaborate with broader team for improvement/changes as needed to support mission Develop and support the overall Strive culture into each operating facility and team Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities. Serve patients in person and in multiple care settings (e.g., patient home, clinics) in addition to virtual visits. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 3 years minimum experience managing any aspect of dialysis operations, or 7 years of general dialysis experience with proven process management skills Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel required. Current driver's license in state of residence an insurable driving record required. Ability for 75% travel as needed, 25% remote work Preferred Qualifications Ability to formulate project plans and articulate goals and deliverables Experience working within matrixed work environments Effective troubleshooting skills Strive Health is an equal opportunity employer and drug free workplace.
