Job Description
Sr. Voice Engineer with 3 5
year relevant hands on experience on PBXs
Avaya, Nortel, Merlin Plus/Magix/Legend
Knowledge on Cisco IP Telephony systems is an added advantage.
Contribute in documentation LLD, UAT, Design gathering templates, checklists document
Work experience in SIP implementation project
Design and implementation in depth knowledge of SIP gateway & PBXs integration
Make necessary changes in PBXs, SIP gateways during implementation
Working knowledge of tools for monitoring and troubleshooting
Essential Skill(s) PBX Features (L1)
Additional Skill(s)
IP Voice Implementation (L2)
Good Communication
PBX Features (L1)
Should have undergone voice Level 10 Level 1 training
Should be familiar with PBX functionality
Should be capable of understanding call flows
Should understand the basic capabilities various TDM/VoIP signaling protocols
