Distribution Center Manager

The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work within our Procurement team. We are looking for a confident and assertive individual with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with both external suppliers and within our organization. You should be proactive, professional and self-motivated individuals and be able to work to tight deadlines. Negotiating warranty terms and conditions and exclusions for suppliers to all divisions and service level agreements with agreed timescales. Co-ordinate and oversee supplier product recalls/product modifications.
Applicants should have:
-Administration skills
-Experience of working with external customers
-Knowledge of and skill in using computer software
-Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
-Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously. You'll be keeping track of customer timelines, next steps, schedules, and launch dates.
-Written, analytical, persuasive, and interpersonal skills
Duties:
-Process assigned responsibilities accurately and according to company standards and procedures
-Process assigned responsibilities efficiently and in a timely manner
-Answer incoming calls, documenting outcomes and processing / handling accordingly
-Follow-up with Plan Holders, agents, and sales representatives as needed to ensure customer satisfaction

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
