Technical Services Manager

Description This position develops technical strategy and has overall accountability for the operations and technical product support for Corp EBS Instances and Big Data.  This includes but is not limited to performance management, change management, capacity management, license management, and service level management   The OTS TSM will perform the following activities:  Provides capacity review reports for Big Data and multiple Oracle E-Business Suite instances. Responsible for being the principal interface between Oracle Technical Services (OTS) and all business system owners. The position will also be responsible for implementation, maintenance, and ongoing governance of release management.  Ensures the release management procedures are maintained and followed; defines and maintains a schedule of release. Conducts post implementation release reviews that have been identified and actioned to verify that all steps were completed, and the objective of the process was achieved Provides relevant, concise reports that are both timely and comprehensive for customers and management Provide quarterly reviews with business owners that cover 1) downtime (planned and unplanned) reviews for all business-critical environments, 2) SLA performance, and 3) a quarterly a report to the business about investigations into new technologies and their possible impact to the business. Review and update all stakeholders with status reports on biweekly basis which includes the status of all activities / projects Actively supports and implements OTS security initiatives Stay familiar with ITIL and ISO 27001 standards and analyze how they should be applied within the organization  RequirementsSkills and Qualifications 5-7 years of related experience in IT including managing team(s) or project(s) Exceptional customer service, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.   Knowledge of Oracle SaaS Offerings Knowledge of Big Data through supporting a previous environment or by receiving training.   18014535

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
